My most recent experience with outsourcing was when I tried to hook up my router after getting Roadrunner. It seems, I should have bitten the bullet and paid Time-Warner to install. After 20 minutes on the phone to a very nice guy in Mumbai, I, still, don't have wireless! Coward that I am, I haven't called back with my case number. It's not even the language, its more to do with how one person or another visualizes a problem. Then, there's terminology. Of course, I have that problem with our own IT division. I say potato, you say potata!
